Cook's Simple Painting is your one stop painting contractor for all your interior and exterior painting needs.  We are an owner operated company based in Reading, MA.  We have been in business for over 6 years and are highly recommended by our previous customers.  We are fully devoted to each job that we are contracted for.  

SCHEDULING | We will schedule the job as much to your convenience as possible.  We will ask for 10% of the quote as a down payment; succeeded by payments in thirds. 

INTERIOR JOBS | Although we are fully insured, we recommend is that you remove any breakables/keepsakes and put them in a safe place.  We will make sure all furniture and floorings are protected. 

EXTERIOR JOBS | We will pressure wash your house with Enviro safe cleaner which needs to dry before starting the job so that the house is ready for quality paint.  We ask that you make sure that windows and doors are secured while we clean so that nothing gets in the house.  Please make sure that water spickets are turned on for us to use. 

One day prior to starting the job, we will put our ladders and equipment on your property, with your permission of course, so that the job can be completed in a timely manner.  We will set and clean up daily.  Smoking will not be allowed on the premises by my employees for safety.  We protect landscaping as well.  We will leave you the remaining primer, paint, and finishes.
